Description
The District of Clearwater requires certain maintenance services to be provided for fifteen (15) community properties within the municipality as outlined in the RFP document.
The required services are as specifically set out in section 6 of the RFP document ("Services”) and generally includes the following as applicable:
• Landscaping and garden maintenance;
• Mowing and trimming;
• Maintaining irrigation systems;
• Locking and unlocking washroom facilities daily;
• Monitoring and reporting any vandalism;
• Cleaning up and disposal of debris and garbage;
• Liaising with District staff on any related park safety issues; and
• Completing and submitting weekly, inspection forms and daily washroom check list.
The term over which the Services are required from April 15, 2023, through to October 15, 2026
Submissions must be submitted using one of these delivery methods:
BC Bid Electronic Submission: Submit an electronic Submission using BC Bid. Submissions must be in accordance with the requirements set out in the process rules of the subject RFP. Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can make an electronic submission using the BC Bid system.

Email Submission: Submit a Submission by email. Submissions by email must be submitted to the email address specified below in accordance with the email submission instructions set out in the process rules for the subject RFP. Include the opportunity description and ID in the subject line of the email. If you do not receive an auto reply from the email below, please contact the District at 250-674-2257 to confirm your submission.
