Description
The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: construct two softball fields with pathways, fencing, irrigation, drainage and sports field lighting bases and conduits; retrofit existing softball field into baseball field with irrigation and drainage; landscape perimeter areas complete with irrigation. Optional work, depending on the City’s available budget: design and install protective netting including geotechnical investigation; supply and install sports field lighting and wiring. The City will supply for the contractor’s use: skinned infield and warning track material; sand and organic material/Class A compost for creating sports field sand based growing medium.
