Limited Design Services for Supportive Housing at 2570 Bartley Road, West Kelowna, BC
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with Limited Design Services (the “Deliverables”) for the Supportive Housing located at 2570 Bartley Road, West Kelowna, BC. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.

Proposals Must be Submitted on Time
Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid at www.bcbid.ca. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid on or before the Submission Time. Proposals submitted after the Submission Time will not be accepted or evaluated.
Onus and responsibility rests solely with the proponent to submit its proposal on time as indicated in the RFP. Proponents are advised to make submissions well before the deadline. Proponents making submissions near the deadline do so at their own risk.
