Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) on behalf of the Municipality of North Cowichan, the City of Duncan and the Town of Ladysmith (collectively the “Purchasing Agencies”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Waterworks, Storm and Sanitary Supply Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
