The contract is for one (1) year with an option to renew for an additional two years. (specifically- 12 Months: two (2), six (6) month renewals, seasonally over the next 2 years). The term of the contract is from May 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023.
Overview of the Work/Service Required: The proposed contract requires the provision of regular maintenance, clean-up, and minor repairs of the one (1) recreation site listed below. The site is geographically located in the central portion of the Peace Natural Resource District. Access conditions for the site is includes travel down is a gravel road. The location of the site is shown on the recreation site location map included with the tender package. The Contractor will visit the sites as per the schedule and frequency specified in Schedule C, for removal of garbage and sanitation of outhouse(s), minor facility repairs and paint structures as necessary. As well as those items listed in Schedule A "Services".
