Element Occurrence Creation RFQGS23JHQ-538. The appendices are attached separately as a word document for ease of use.
 
The BC Conservation Data Centre(CDC) may be requiring Contractors in the future to process the backlog of observation data that is kept in its files.  The observations are to be processed into Element Occurrences (EOs) using BC CDC/NatureServe standards and software.
 
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to qualify Consultants in the following Service Areas:
•           Botany Element Occurrence creation work
•           Zoology Element Occurrence creation work
•           Ecology Element Occurrence creation work
