Description
The McBurney Plaza Replacement works may include: a) below-grade timber framing and concrete footings, b) construction of a new wood deck system with concrete and steel framing, c) steel treatment and painting, d) wood treatment and painting, e) concrete forming, f) concrete placement, g) concrete reinforcement, h) large slab precast concrete pavers, i) spade removal of existing trees, j) future removal and reinstatement, k) installation of silva cells, l) landscape & tree planting, m) supply and install granular materials, n) repurposing of the existing irrigation system and electrical outlets, and o) all associated works.
