The project consists of the construction of a new 3,882 square foot, single storey wood-frame building on concrete foundations including architectural woodwork, doors, frames and hardware, gypsum wallboard and insulation, acoustic t-bar ceilings, SBS roofing membrane, exterior metal cladding, aluminum storefront and windows, exterior canopy, miscellaneous specialties including toilet partitions, prefabricated storage structure, mechanical and electrical distribution and underground civil services. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
