Description
ICBC is seeking to one Proponent to design, implement, integrate, license, host and support a cloud-based call centre technology. It is ICBC’s expectation that Proponent provide a cohesive and integrated cloud contact centre solution that will replace ICBC’s current platform.
Prospective suppliers can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective supplier's sole responsibility to ensure that they access all new and updated information.
