Description
The Province seeks to engage a professional consulting team comprised of Prime Consultant with the following disciplines – architect, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, structural engineer, envelope engineer, energy specialist/engineer and code consultant for base building upgrades at Fraser Regional Correction Centre (FRCC). This work will include, but not limited to design development, tender and construction documentation, construction administration, close-out, and warranty required for the upgrades to the base building systems of the existing facility located at 13777 256 St, Maple Ridge, BC. Quantity surveying / cost estimation scope is not included in this opportunity as the Province holds a separate contract to undertake such services.

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
