UBC Properties Trust is pleased to issue a Request for Proposal for Pre-Construction and Construction Management services regarding the BC Research Lot 7 project.
The project will ultimately include one 14 storey concrete tower and one 6 storey wood frame low rise building over a shared parkade. The project will have a total area of approximately 240,000 SF and the building will consist of units ranging from studio units to four (4) bedroom units. The building will be available to UBC faculty and staff members as well as university users.
