Description
The Ministry of Housing seeks a consultant to produce a live webinar and pre-recorded training videos for each of the Part 3 and Part 9 energy compliance tools, which are currently being updated. Those compliance tools are being updated to reflect building code changes that will take effect May 1, 2023 which will require 20%-better energy efficiency for the most commonly built building forms and a tiered Zero Carbon Step Code which local governments may opt-in to.
