The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
To provide short-term rental for 8 baggage X-ray inspection system and 20 handheld metal detectors, to meet the security needs of a conference in July 2023 at the Vancouver Convention Centre located at 1055 Canada Pl, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3. The supplier is responsible for arranging the logistics and ensure the rental equipment arrive on-site before the event for installation, calibration, testing and training; and for dismantling, package and shipping after the conference is concluded.
