Description
The objective of this RFP is to select a strategic partner with expertise in supporting ITSM process management, process execution, process improvements (quality and maturity), process training and coaching. The successful Proponent will be expected to govern and report on process compliance across all service providers in a multi-provider environment, including daily operational updates through stand-up meetings and reports on daily activities/the overall status of ITSM services.

Please note that interested parties are requested to return a signed Proposal Notification form as an indication of their intent to respond. BCI will not accept Proposals from Proponents that did not return this form by April 24, 2023 at 3:00 PM PT (outlined in Section 3.1, Schedule).
