Description
Vancouver Coastal Health (“VCH”) Contract Management Office (“CMO”) wishes to replace its existing contract management database system (“CMD”) with a contract lifecycle management software (“CLM”). Interested suppliers (“Respondents”) are invited to submit a response (“Response”) to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to qualify for and be invited to the next phase of the procurement.
The servers that run the CMD on-premises using Agiloft contract management database software, are at end of life. The CMO has decided to move away from managing its own servers for its database and is seeking a service provider to deliver a cloud service that will allow for growth with improved service functionality.
The “CLM” means Contract Life-Cycle Management; should allow for the continued monitoring of compliance documents such as background checks, Work Safe certification, insurance certificates and financial documentation. The system currently only allows for in intranet users to submit compliance documents, creating significant manual labour.
The CLM would still need to comply with stringent security and privacy considerations for storage of information, as defined by Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
(“Respondents”) are invited to submit a (“Response”) to this (“RFQ”) to be evaluated and ranked in order to potentially qualify for and be invited to the next phase of the procurement.
