Description
PRPA is looking for a consultant to prepare a concept design and estimate for the expansion of a cruise terminal to accommodate larger vessel and increased passenger movements.  The scope of work will require increasing the length of the berth, adding sail door capacity for passenger unload, increasing the speed of passenger movement for ship to shore through expanded ramp capacity, planning the uplands for the effective movement of passengers beyond the terminal through innovative upland developments planned to encompass retail, shore excursion and friendly alternatives.  The scope of work shall include future consideration to offering shore power service. The final product will be a concept design complete with a class D cost estimate.
