Description
The Town of Golden invites quotations from qualified roofing installation contractors for the re-roofing of the administration office roof section at the Town of Golden Public Works facility.  The roof area to be re-roofed is an approximately 870 ft2 flat roof covered with and existing single-ply membrane and pea gravel.  Lump sum pricing is invited for roof replacement with optional price items contemplated by the Owner.  A mandatory pre-tender ZOOM meeting is scheduled for May 3 at 10:00 a.m. MST.  Interested proponents are required to email the project contact for a meeting invitation.
