The supply and installation of all labour, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for Phase
1B & C of the long-term parking lot Phase 1B & C upgrades, including stripping and excavation,
trenching and installation of electrical & communications, installation of sub-base and base gravels,
installation of catch basins, storm sewers and drywell, construction of asphalt ramp, concrete
pathway, covered pathway, installation of concrete barriers around the long-term parking area.
