Description
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
Continue to build on work already underway to iteratively develop, deploy and operate a replacement for the Online Application Tracking System (OATS) and OATS public facing portal used by the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC).
Improve upon existing user interfaces and add customizable Notice of Intent and Statutory Right of Way application workflows that address business needs of the ALC, applicants, and local governments. Complete the roll-out of the new public facing portal, which will intake applications (already underway) as well as the Notice of Intents and Statutory Right of Ways that will be the focus of this contract.
Build the Province’s capacity in Agile product development/operations by sharing technical expertise and technical details of the Agricultural Land Commission System (ALCS), the replacement for OATS/OATS public facing portal, with staff.
