Description
BC Transit requires design services based on previously completed feasibility studies (pending funding availability) at the Kelowna Transit Centre.  For reference, the feasibility report is provided.
The services under this RFP will be contemplated in four (4) phases:
  • Phase 1A – Detailed Design of BEB Parking and Charging Infrastructure with a Class A Cost Estimate.
  • Phase 1B - Schematic Design of Facility Upgrades with a Class C Cost Estimate.
  • Phase 2 - Detailed Design of Facility Upgrades with a Class A Estimate.
  • Phase 3 - Construction Oversight, Inspection and Commissioning for both BEB Charging Infrastructure (Phase 1A) and Facility Upgrades (Phase 2).
