Description
The Ministry’s Indigenous Relations staff also require legal survey services to support tenure negotiations with First Nations, to facilitate dedication of highway, and to deliver historical research services within or adjacent to reserve lands.
The Ministry seeks to procure “as and when required” legal survey services contracts through its South Coast, Southern Interior, and Northern Regional offices. Under such arrangements the successful proponent(s) is essentially "on call" and will not be entitled to a minimum guarantee of work in association with the awarded contract.
Contracts resulting from this RFP (Opportunity # SIR- 28042023) will be for legal land survey services delivered specifically within the Southern Interior Region. The Ministry will award up to 10 contracts valued at $500,000. All contracts are anticipated to be for a two-year term.
