Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, Recreation Sites and Trails Branch, is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Tatlayoko Lake Community Association (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below:
The Supplier will perform routine campsite and facility maintenance services at the Tatlayoko Lake Northeast Recreation Site in the Chilcotin region, within the Tŝilhqot’in Nation’s aboriginal title land. The services will take place during the camping season, typically from the beginning of May to the end of October each year. Services include cleaning campsites and pit toilets, painting and repairing campsite infrastructure, and collecting visitor use data.
