Description
The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals for a vendor to support the management of BCFSA’s annual Employee Engagement and Culture Survey.
BCFSA has conducted Employee Engagement and Culture Surveys for the last three years. The survey is to measure the level of commitment and motivation of employees, and to provide insight to BCFSA’s current culture. The survey also helps to identify where we could strengthen and build on the relationships employees have with BCFSA. The annual survey will garner data and insights that reflect the culture of the organization and its Core Values:
The Employee Engagement and Culture Survey requires on-line dashboard views at various levels of leadership. The ability to download the anonymized raw responses should be an option for BCFSA’s internal administrator. The dashboard would have the ability to compare results from each breakout of the hierarchy to the overall organizational results.
BCFSA will work with the vendor to review the engagement questions for psychometric validity and any comparative analysis options from previous survey years. BCFSA will require the Proponent to have standardized questions with benchmarks for trend analysis and the ability to co-create customized questions for subsequent years, however, BCFSA will own the custom questions and maintain full rights to utilize them internally.
The Proponent is expected to provide Board and Executive education on employee engagement, organizational culture, and important trends.
The term of the contract will be for a three (3) year period, commencing from the effective date as stated in the agreement, with a maximum of two (2) one (1) year renewals. Contract renewals are at the discretion of BCFSA.
