527 – 32 90 00 Soft & Hard Landscaping Contract REV1
Durwest Construction Management Inc., acting as Construction Managers for the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) - Michigan Square Affordable Housing Redevelopment, invites tender submissions for the Soft & Hard Landscaping Contract. The overall project consists of Two Four-Storey Multi-Family Residential Buildings located at 330, 332, 334, and 336 Michigan Street, Victoria BC.
Bidders must complete the tender documents as provided by Durwest Construction Management Inc. Tenders must be submitted by email ONLY no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, June 1, 2023. Tenders received after this time will not be accepted.
Arrangements to obtain complete tender documents must be made by contacting the Preconstruction Manager, Taylor Holmes tholmes@durwest.com.
Tender submissions must include a properly completed and fully executed Tender Form and be submitted noting “527 – 32 90 00 Soft & Hard Landscaping” to Taylor Holmes at tholmes@durwest.com copied to Chris White at cwhite@durwest.com and addressed to the following:
