Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, Recreation Sites and Trails Branch, is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Clinton and District Outdoor Sportsmen Association (the “Supplier”).

The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below:
The Contractor will perform routine recreation site and facility maintenance services at the Jesmond Fire Lookout Recreation Site during the summer season, typically from the middle of May to the end of October.  Services include cleaning and maintaining recreation facilities, including a fire lookout building and pit toilet, painting and repairing infrastructure, and collecting visitor use data.
