Description
- This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) to solicit proposals and establish a list of Pre-Qualified Contractors ("Pre-Qualified List") for Conventional Bus Production Inspection Services (the “Services”) on behalf of Coast Mountain Bus Company (“CMBC”).
- The Services shall be comprised of inspection and reporting services related to the fabrication, inspection and testing of TransLink’s new Conventional Bus that will be produced over the next five to seven years. We estimate a total of eight-hundred (800+) buses will be manufactured, assembled, and tested during this period.
- TransLink intends to invite all Pre-Qualified Contractors to submit a proposal for anticipated Project. The selection, evaluation and award of a Pre-Qualified Contractor will be based on various factors including, but not limited to proposed personnel, capacity, qualifications, experience, and fees/pricing.
