The project consists of the construction of a two-storey, steel-framed addition for 8 new classrooms to meet the increasing enrolment needs from local residential growth. The addition will include a new hydraulic elevator, complete mechanical and electrical systems, conversion of two classrooms to NLC childcare spaces, as well as additional parking, and greenspace. The new classrooms will be connected to the existing building through opening the exterior block wall to join hallways. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
