Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Saltair Watermain Upgrades from the Chemoy Road Tie-In to Seacloud Road with optional work from Seacloud Road to Willshire Road Right-of-Way as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
