RFP for Consulting Services-Building Renovation. The City of Langley has successfully received funding for the renovation/addition of child care spaces at Douglas Recreation Centre through the BC Child Care New Spaces Fund. The project is to re-purpose and renovate existing Douglas Rec. Centre activity areas to accommodate various Child Care programs for various ages during overlapping program periods. Currently Douglas Rec. Centre has a licensed preschool (10 spaces), the purpose and renovation will create 72 new child care spaces. The renovation and re-purposing of activity areas will address some of the unused space in the Centre. With the re-purpose & renovation project, it will help address some issues such as the need for infant & toddler program as well as the need for before and after school care for school age children.

Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFP. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFP. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. The Bidder will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission
