Scope includes, but is not limited to all supervision, construction, equipment, 
labour, material, and permits, pertaining to North Maquinna Road lock block floodwall improvements 
including raising the wall with Owner supplied lock-blocks, outlet flap gate replacements, and 
embankment rip rap armouring. Scope also includes berm construction behind properties on 
Alpine View Road connecting to the existing Boston Street Pond.
