Description
The existing 2012 Northern MRL Elevator Equipment is subject to obsolescence, and ongoing reliable support is of concern.  The City of Kelowna is looking to improve reliability to support the building by modernizing the elevator equipment with new third-party controls and mechanisms while maintaining the existing layout.  One (1) Machine Room-less Traction Passenger Elevators located at Parkinson Activity Centre.
