The City of North Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from consultant teams with expertise in place and destination based brand strategy
development and associated program/output planning for destination event centers, urban waterfronts, and public realm, integrated with commercial and residential
uses. This EOI process will lead to the shortlisting of consultants’ teams to participate in a Request for Proposals (RFP) to develop The Shipyards Brand Strategy and Program Plan. See attachment for details.
