The Owner invites tenders for:
The Tender is generally for the following work:
Corridor improvements to install pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure with intersection improvements along 144 Street between 100 Avenue and 104 Avenue. The Work generally consists of but is not limited to road
widening, full depth milling, MUP installation, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, asphalt pavement and pavement markings, signals and streetlighting.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. No registration,
tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.
The Contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024)
