Description
The Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness (EMCR) and the Ministry of Forests (FOR) are continuing to support flood recovery planning in the Sumas Prairie following the November 2021 Atmospheric River event. To guide the efforts of this approach among multiple orders of government, the parties, are seeking external support for facilitation and coordination of bi-weekly flood mitigation planning meetings as a part of the Sumas River Watershed Collaborative Framework.
