Description
*Note that Respondents may seek to become Contractors in one or any number of Service Areas.
- Service Area 1: Organizational and/or Systemic Change: In this service area, the Ministry seeks Respondents able to design, implement, and monitor organizational and/or systemic change, including training, stakeholder engagements, facilitations, and individual and team support.
- Service Area 2: Talent Management: in this service area, the Ministry seeks Respondents with the ability to deliver skills and competency training, coaching, consulting and support across all levels of the division, for teams and individuals.
- Service Area 3: Service Excellence and/or Service Design: in this service area, the Ministry seeks Respondents with the ability to provide tools, processes, and training to help the division achieve, deliver, and maintain excellence in its service environment and/or to create, design and improve services based on user needs and business objectives.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Standing Arrangements, the Province intends to issue Service Requests to Contractors for the Services on an “as if and when required” basis.
