Description
The University of Northern British Columbia is giving notice of its intent to sole source a system- software with mobile application and equipment
– that tracks Security Guard tours and allows for digital information updates at each checkpoint.

NICE TO HAVE additionally:
Asset tracking i.e. First Aid Kit Inventory, PPE, Keys, etc.
Integrated staff shift scheduling & onboarding/training tracking.

Objections shall be filed in BONFIRE by Tuesday August 1, 2023 no later than 4:30 PM PDT
Vendor objections shall be based on their ability to provide a system solution that meets the requirements as stated.  Vendor should provide a letter with their corporate information and an overview of their proposed system and links to webpages or other documentation for review.
