TRANSFORMING OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS AND MODERNIZING
ON-STREET PARKING STRATEGIES
The City of Victoria is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants/Consulting firms to undertake required research, analysis and engagement to support City staff with:
-
- Reviewing and providing recommended refinements to a draft Bylaw amendment that supports Transportation Demand Management (TDM) options in lieu of off-street motor vehicle parking.
- Undertaking a comprehensive review and recommendations for an update of off-street parking regulations contained in Schedule C of the Zoning Regulation Bylaw and Part 5 of Zoning Bylaw 2018.
- The development of a modernized on-street parking and loading strategy to better support economic health, public space management, and the City’s transportation objectives.
