Description
West Shore Parks & Recreation Society (Society) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide construction options and project budgeting for the potential twinning of the Juan de Fuca Arena and is to include options to address the resulting reduction in parking on Society property. The report is to include the pros and cons of each parking option as well as costing and construction plans for the second ice sheet and parking installation with sufficient detail to support future infrastructure grant applications to fund the build.
