Description
The Ministry of Forests requires the removal of two barges in the proximity of Donkey Cove, near Bella Bella, which have been seized by Compliance and Enforcement Branch from Crown Land and properly disposed of according to all Provincial and Federal Legislation. The work must be completed before February 23, 2023.
The successful Proponent will provide the labour, equipment, and materials necessary for the removal of the barges as described in Section 3. The Contractor will be compensated for all costs associated with the mobilization, de-mobilization, crew, vessels/machinery, and disposal of waste materials (with all receipts provided to the Ministry of Forests, Compliance and Enforcement Branch).
