Overview of Project:
This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by BC Transit to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) transformation as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Qualified proponents are encouraged to submit bids for a cloud-based HRIS solution and professional services aimed at modernizing and transforming People & Culture (P&C) services delivery. BC Transit is looking to implement a streamlined “off-the-shelf” cloud software as a service (SaaS) solution that encompasses Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Management and Time Management functions. The proposed solution must be fully integrated, configurable, scalable and facilitate seamless HR service delivery across the employee life cycle.
