Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) as an agent for each of, FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY, INTERIOR HEALTH AUTHORITY, VANCOUVER COASTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY and VANCOUVER ISLAND HEALTH AUTHORITY (the “Health Authority(s)”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Coronary Intravascular Lithotripsy System (IVLS) for Royal Columbian Hospital, Kelowna General Hospital, St Paul's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital, Royal Jubilee Hospital for a term of five (5) years with five (5) one (1) year options, at an estimated total value of $1.75M.
