Description
The City of North Vancouver (CNV) as the lead agency, in conjunction with the District of North Vancouver (DNV) and North Vancouver Recreation and Culture Commission (NVRC) (collectively the Agencies) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for a provider of Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services for our collective 1,315 (approximate) employees, Council Members and their families.  See attachment for details.
