Description
This RFSOQ is seeking professional consulting services to engage a consulting team (Consultant) with appropriate experience, and expertise to:
  1. Review, assess, and provide recommendations to reduce carbon emissions at select city-owned and operated facilities in accordance with the requirements of the Green Municipal Fund, Community Building Retrofit funding stream, and
  2. Provide a Preliminary Design Report describing energy, emissions and cost savings possible through a major mechanical renewal at the City’s Beban Park Complex with option to progress to detailed design and construction services.
