Description
The Ministry requires an Event Management Contractor to plan and execute a comprehensive event management plan and manage the logistics of a one and a half day in person Workshop in Vancouver BC attended by up to 350 people.
The main workshop will be a full day event including a post-event reception with attendees from post-secondary institutions including Board Chairs and Board Members, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Ministry Responsible Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and Ministry staff.
A half day workshop in the afternoon the day before the main workshop will be attended by Ministry Responsible Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, Ministry staff, and public post-secondary Presidents.
The date and time of the workshop is yet to be determined, the intention is to host the event in late May or early June 2024.
Specific topics for the event programming will be developed by the Ministry and will be solidified closer to the event date.
