erecting of the Owner supplied cedar building.
In general, the work consists of the following:
· Site clearing and grading
· Place and compact 65 tonnes of import fill
· Concrete footings and floor slab
· 3m of Electrical conduit from concrete slab
· Erecting of the Owner supplied Cedar Building (14ftx16ft)
· 300m2 of roadway and gravel path construction
Tenders must be accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total Tendered Price.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A site meeting will not be held for this project, however the park is open and interest bidders are
welcome to conduct their own site visit. Enquires will not be answered after August 31, 2023.
