Description
The City of Grand Forks has been successful in receiving the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program – Rural and Northern Communities grant to complete the water systems improvement project. With a project deadline of March 31st, 2025, the City would like to hire a consultant to complete engineering, detailed design and project administration. The City has commissioned a number of condition assessments and reports over the last 10 years, and it will be the responsibility of the successful proponent to review these reports, engage with staff, verify accuracy, identify informational gaps and to produce a design to address the City’s highest water systems risks as they pertain to the refurbishment, replacement or installation of a reservoir, within the grant budget.
