Description
Innovate BC is seeking feedback from potential delivery partners to inform the scope of work and overall approach for a Digital Skills training program. The program is expected to provide the necessary training, supports and tools for small-and-medium-sized businesses in British Columbia to effectively deploy, maintain and leverage the functionalities of client or customer management (CRM) tools and platforms that improve efficiencies, productivity, and support business growth.
The information provided will be critical in increasing Innovate BC and the Province’s knowledge and understanding of the capacity, viability, commercial availability and sustainability of digital skills training in the Province. Industry’s perspective on the approach, general requirements, costs and partnerships models are of particular interest.
This RFI is intended to gather information that could assist the Innovate BC and the Province of British Columbia in the development of a future procurement process. If sufficient information is received, Innovate BC may, but is not obligated to, initiate a competitive bidding opportunity through a Request for Proposal (RFP).
