Description
The new Centre for Food, Wine & Tourism (CFWT) building will co-locate all the culinary, viticulture and tourism programming on campus. This includes the Infusions Restaurant, modern teaching spaces, food labs, related faculty offices, storage and administration space. The CFWT will be placed to provide optimum visibility, acting as the heart of the Kelowna Campus. The new facility will not only improve educational quality of programs but will address overcrowding and better utilize space and services. The centre will focus on addressing the labour shortage in food and tourism, supporting homegrown education in culinary arts, local food and beverage production and hospitality services. (Project specifics are described under 2.1).

Refer to “SCHEDULE A - Doc 6 2018 – Services” to be provided on the project and to be reimbursed by the fixed fee quoted. Each proponent must comply with the Professional Governance Act, the Architects Regulation, the Bylaws, and Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia.
