Notice is hereby given by the Vancouver Island Regional Library (henceforth referred to as ‘VIRL’) of its intent to enter a sole source partnership with Toro Marketing for the provision of services and supplies with regards to supply of the Indigenous Relations, policy & facilitation expertise within all 6 First Nation family groups in the VIRL service area.
