E684-00 qathet General Hospital Emergency Department Renovation

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the qathet General Hospital (qGH) Emergency Department Renovation project. The project involves the renovation of nursing station, ambulance entrance, staff room, and omni cell. It also includes new staff office, new clean storage and soiled utility room and 2 new seclusion rooms. The project is originally initiated based on the six sites violence risk assessment report for Emergency and Psychiatry in qathet General Hospital. The project will be completed in several phases to minimize disruptions to patients and staff. The construction work is anticipated to commence on November 15, 2023 and substantial completion by March 29, 2024. The anticipated ready-for-takeover date is April 8, 2024.
